By accessing Arkvidya at https://www.arkvidya.in or via the Android app com.arkvidya.app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Arkvidya provides digital learning features including courses, batches, study materials, videos, quizzes, and current affairs. Features available to you depend on your role and batch enrolments.

2. Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential
Provide accurate information when an account is created for you
You are responsible for activity under your account
We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or share credentials

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data or admin tools without authorisation
Do not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit materials without permission
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (admins)
Do not interfere with security, availability, or Digital Asset Links verification

4. Content and intellectual property

Platform software, branding, and materials remain the property of Arkvidya or their respective owners (including files hosted in connected Google Drive accounts). Enrolment grants a limited, non-transferable licence to view materials for personal learning unless otherwise stated.

5. Third-party services

PDF previews and some media may open via Google Drive or other embedded providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Admin Drive connections are optional and controlled by the admin account holder.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Disclaimer

Learning materials are provided for educational purposes. Arkvidya does not guarantee exam results. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkvidya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or inability to access materials.
